This INA drawn cup roller clutch and bearing assembly with nylon cages transmits torque between the shaft and housing in one direction and allows free overrun in the opposite direction. It has a needle roller bearing on each end of the clutch to support radial loads, and a drawn cup outer steel shell that provides a small cross-section for use in restricted spaces. The outer shell serves as a raceway for the clutch and bearing rollers, and the clutch has a glass fiber reinforced polyamide nylon cage and a stainless steel pressure spring for each roller, allowing operation from 14 to 158 degrees F (-10 to 70 degrees C). The rollers are made of through-hardened, high-carbon chromium steel for heat tolerance and durability, and the assembly comes packed with lithium soap grease.
