Use this kit with the stock points ignition or an electronic ignition.Coil Specifications:Spark plug wires are 17" longMounting holes are 102mm (4") apart. Improper installation is typically caused by installing the spark plug caps incorrectly and or allowing the wires to come in contact with the motor. No instructions are included, which is normal for motorcycle parts, because it is assumed a trained mechanic will do the installation.
