Grinder Plate #12-3/4 Hole W/ 1 Flat Edge

Replacement #12 grinder plate, reversible, with 1 flat edge. Fits most size #12 Butcher Boy grinders. The plate has 3/4" (19.05 mm) holes, 3/4" allowing free flow of meat to push through resulting in a more visually appealing product. If one has gradually worn away from perfectly flat, the other will have worn with it. As a result they may still be used together, however, if one is matched with a different item which is perfectly flat, the set will certainly not turn out a good product. In addition, such practice will probably break the new item.
