Its texture holds the pigments very well without fixing agents. This paper is ideal for working with soft or dry cakes to play with the thickness or with pens for more precision. It offers the possibility to create perfect colours without layering from the first application. It is less abrasive than a sandpaper, so less pigment is used. Mi-Teintes® Velvet is also resistant to damp techniques, especially when applying a primer with paint.
