Product Description The Dustless BitBuddie is the perfect solution for dust and slurry involved in drilling. Using vacuum suction, the BitBuddie sticks to the drilling surface and clears out dust, slurry, and debris during drilling operations. This model is sized at 1 3/8" diameter for smaller drilling operations. This model is perfect for smaller drilling jobs through wood, drywall, concrete, and countertops, including core drilling. An included 18 inch hose provides adaptation to most standard wet/dry vacuums. Complies with EPA standards and laws for point-of-origin dust containment when used with a Dustless Technologies D1606 HEPA Vacuum. Includes (1) D1900 1 3/8" BitBuddie and (1) 18" adapter hose. From the Manufacturer The BitBuddie dust containment shroud is for use with core drills and percussion hammers. The 1/3/8-inch size is very useful when drilling faucet holes in stone countertops and other places where space it tight. A 3" BitBuddie is also available for use with larger core bits. Vacuum air holds it in place - no clamps necessary. It captures up to 95% of airborne dust to preserve air quality and protect workers from harmful silica dust, Hexavalent Chromium and silicosis from drilling in concrete, stone and masonry materials.
